Admission into NIT and IIT can be done only via JOSAA. There are no othermeans to get admission into these institutions.
For admission into NIT, candidates sit for the JEE Mains and based on the rank secured by them, they get respective courses in the 31 different NITs

Sorry to say that your chances of appearing for JEE advanced is not possible. You should better take a year drop and study well to get a good college through JEE. I will suggest you to join a good coaching institute and prepare well.

JEE Advanced 2019 registrations will open on May 3 and will be available till May 9. The top 2, 24,000 qualified candidates of JEE Main 2019 will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
Hence, if you will be among the top 2,24,000 then you would be eligibile

there is very low chances of getting the CSE in the vellore since it would be below the 7k where as it might varry any way during the councelling try for first the vellore later you opt which you want but both the vellore and chennai campus are
