There will be a common councelling for both mains and advanced,  conducted by jossa.

This counselling is after the advanced exam and probably starts a week after jee advanced results. 

Note: There will be  special rounds for nits, iits

only some students appear for advance exam. around 2.5 lakhs students will appear and percentile can fluctuate.

Yes You can appear for both Exams.

PGCET-It is a State Level Entrance Exam.

GATE-Through GATE Exam score You can apply for Various states to pursue your Post Graduation.

Dear Vishal, the Hovernment and NTA also understand the fact that EWS is a new scheme in reservation and it will take time for candidates to get the required certificate. And it is not something like you fill in the form today and you are expected to produce the document

Definately it will affect .Everything will be affected like there will be increase in the number of candidates qualifying this year.

there will be around 2lakhs candidate who will qualify JEE Mains ,earlier it was around 1.25 lakhs.
