Hi Sagnik, I think you have to get rank near about 2900 to 4500. But ranks are changing every year. So these  are the approximate number.

Since their is no official announcement of cutoffs by  NTA so you can't predict your eligibilty in appearing in JEE advance 2019,On my opinion you are not eligible for JEE advance ,you need to score above 95% percentile to confirms your  seat in IITs or NITs.
