your score is quite low to qualify for JEE advance. My advice to you is to give one more attempt for JEE mains in april. Thus would increase your chances to qualify. As the result will be declared on the basis of best out of both the exams.

The official cutoffs for Jee Advanced will be released by the NTA after the conclusion of the April session of the exam. The expected cutoff is about 85 percentile. So, unfortunately your ward may not qualify for the Jee Advanced, but there may be a chance under the category
