Infact you are eligible for private engineering colleges aswell accepted jee mains. 

For admission to NIT,, IIITs and GFTIs you must simultaneously have 75%aggregate marks in 12th to get admission andmust have qualified for Jeemain cutoff rank.

There is NO special quota for foreign students so You need to score as much as other to get into IIT. Cut off vary every year depending upon difficulty level and total Marks, But if You score more than 35% You will be qualified as this is the cut offset

Maximum Marks for JEE Advance are Not fixed for JEE Advance hence marks for each course also vary so no one can tell You regarding marks or Even Percentage because difficulty level is not fixed. We can only tell You regarding ranks Which You need to get IIT. Again It

If you first Attempt for Jeemain was 2017 and if you have appeared 12th grade in 2017, then you are eligible for following attempts:

• Jeemain April 2018
• Jeemain January & April 2019.

For 2019 you can giv eboth January and April attempt and best of both scores shall be considered
