No, with 70% in 12th board examination you will not be able to appear in JEE Mains 2019 as for admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th

Yes, it should be enough but only if you cover the whole book thoroughly with proper attention and apart from this you must also solve test series and previous year papers to ensure best results.

Yes certainly , Also minimum required board percentage for giving Jee Advance will also be decided according to top 20 percentile . For CBSE students minimum required board percent to give JEE exam is 75 percent .

JEE Advance Does not have fixed chapter wise weightage. Every year's pattern also changes like in 2015 they introduced -2 marking, in 2016 partial marking is introduced. Sometimes they ask questions more on some topic and less on other but next year opposite. So you can not get any pattern
