i am sorry to say you cant write the JEE 2 times in trhe same year while you have chance of one attempt in one year for instance you can write once in 2019 and next in 2020 and last atempt in 2021

you can apply for the JEE main firstly when you havent tried more than 3 time if have tried for 3 times then you are not eleigible kindly make sure that on the other hand kindly check the below link for the detailed information provided by us

No you are not eligible.
you can be only eligible if you appesred fpr 2017 and 2018 jee advanced attempt and then if you clear JeeMain in 2019 attempt wothin qualified candidates list thenyou are eligible for Jee Advanced in 2019.
