1. Since JEE mains can be applied 3 times, can a candidate appear once in 2019 and the other two in 2020 ?

i am sorry to say you cant write the JEE 2 times in trhe same year while you have chance of one attempt in one year for instance you can write once in 2019 and next in 2020 and last atempt in 2021

No you are not eligible. 


you can be only eligible if you appesred fpr 2017 and 2018 jee advanced attempt and then  if you clear JeeMain in 2019 attempt wothin qualified candidates list thenyou are eligible for Jee Advanced in 2019.

NTA will allot the exam date and shift which will be released by October 5. The allotted exam city will be released by October 21 on NTA's website.
