No, for NITs you will have to clear JEE MAIN. For IIT and IIITs you will have to clear JEE ADVANCE.

Firstly for branch go through your intrest if you not get any college of your branch then go for top colleges at any branch
Fill all colleges as much as possible

They upload answer keys, OMR and responses they got fr OMR also. You can compare both of them and still you have difference in marks you can mail them and call about this. Check in that way. It's horrible and you should get explanation.

You need to have 75% in board and you have to give jee main next year and crack it. This year jee main and advance marks won't matter. Ideally you should not take part in counseling process because Iif you get seats you can't apply next year. See josaa buisness

Based on your rank in JEE Advanced, the chance of getting top IITs is very less. Do try with other private Institutes that accept JEE Advanced Score or apply for IISER.
