According to official information 231024 candidates qualified for jee advanced,out of which only 160716 candidates have registered for the exam which is less than 70% of the students who qualified.out of which 127793 were male candidates and 32923 female candidates.

First of all visit https://www.jeeadv.ac.in/ website there, you will find a big caption as "Candidates can upload their corrected/new/proper certificates on the candidate portal". Click on it login to candidate portal by entering all the information asked
Cut -off marks are the marks upto which students gets seat in institute.Further cut-off for different institute and different trades or branches are different.
