Dropping one year may improve or may be not depends on hard work and luck of that particular year

i hv 70% in 12th. 36 marks in jee mains and 11 marks in jee adv. will u suggest me any nit clg?? it not.. ll i get any gov./autonomous clg?

With 70% you do not meet the criteria of 75% for admissions. It is also highly unlikely that you can get admission in any NIT with this rank. You can try in private colleges or may be attempt JEE Main again next year.

At 7192 SC rank it is very difficult to get into any iit not matter how lower branch or how lower college you choose as not iit has such a high cutoff in sc category but you may apply for preparatory course depending upon your preparatory rank in the iit
