I think that u had not evaluated your jee advanced marks correctly with the official answer key released by IIT madras.
Because it is just impossible for a person to score 65+ in jee advanced who had a rank of about 2 lakhs.

Considering your stats I see BITS Pilani is your best shot , though you may not get all the branches available at this score .
At pilani campus you may get MSc(chem,bio) , at goa and hyd you can get other MSc courses also .
