Other options are iit madras civil, roorkee civil chemical .

Yes money will be refunded within 30 days after cancellation but after deducting 10000-20000 approx from total.

If you are asking about JEE Main rank then it will not changed. 

You will get a seperate rank in JEE Advanced based on your marks.

Through JEE Main rank you can apply in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs and through JEE Advanced rank you will apply in

I think you can apply through jee advanced quota or you can write iiser aptitude test .But applying through advanced is over.
