First of All, Jee Advanced does not have a fixed mark distribution.
They might give negative marks for wrong attempts for some parts and none for other parts.
So read the questions before attempting them.

How to answer the questions:
Usually there will be 2-3 paragraph questions with 4-5 questions

No, admission in NITs and IIITs will be based on JEE MAIN whereas to get seat in IITs you will have to clear JEE ADVANCED.

So you cannot go for IIIT through Jee advance.

Yes, you have chances if you are scoring 85 marks in SC category for JEE Advanced.

Based on your marks your expected category rank will be around 6000.

In order to get admission in IIST for general category you must have 20% marks in aggregate and at least 5% marks in each of the three subjects.
