You should have minimum 100 to 110 marks then you get seat in IIT. . In lower IIT.

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the JEE Main cutoff for top IIITs in online mode. It will be released in the form of opening and closing ranks. The IIIT JEE Main 2021 cutoff will be the maximum rank within which admission will be offered.

It all depends on the cutoff and cutoff really matters with many factors like Number of seats,difficulty level of the paper..etc. There are chances for you to get into IITs but if you are looking for a branch like computer science then that
