Dear student,

In JEE advanced you can give maximum up to two attempts and these two attempts are counted from your class 12th passing year.
That means you can give jee advanced exam in your class 12th passing year and the next consecutive year only. And it also doesn't matter

No you can't sit for JEE Advanced 2021 exam with JEE MAINS 2020 score card. All you have to do is to reappear JEE MAINS 2021 & if your cross the cut-off to be eligible for JEE ADVANCED then only you can sit for JEE ADVANCED 2021 exam.

If you have passed 12thclass or equivalent exam in2019 or2020than you can apply for jee advance . If you have completed in 2018 than you are not eligible.
You can only apear for jee advance if you clear the jee mains in 2021. If you crose  the cutoff

JEE Mains and JEE  Advanced are both tough as they are both national level exam. You must prepare yourself well and keep your concept very clear to successfully give these exams. However, if comparing between the two, for sure JEE Advanced is much more tougher than JEE Mains.
