Hello student Physics book by Shashi bhushan tiwari is good for conceptual problems but not very recommended by teachers and toppers. You should prefer NCERT to build your basic concept and make sure you do each and every example and exercise questions of Ncert before jumping to a reference book

There will be certain cut off marks for the JEE main exam for each category and it will vary each and every year once the exams got over. So, if you clear the particular cut off for your category, then you will be eligible for the JEE Advance

• Candidate should have scored at least 75% aggregate marks in 12th standard (or equivalent) examination.For SC/ST/PwD, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.

You can not write JEE advanced after 2 years gap . Because according to the JEE rules you can write JEE advanced exam with 12 class and one more time after 12. But you can write JEE mains exam 2 more times after 12 class .
