Your words are quite messed up. It's quite hard to understand what you're trying to say.

However if you've given the JEE exam in 2019 then on the basis of those marks you can't get admission for the 2020 session. You'll have to give JEE again in 2020

Hello there,
Since you are from the PWD category, your cut-off percentile is lower than the other categories. You can easily get admission for CSE in SVNIT with a good score. 70-80 percentile will be enough for getting admission into any good engineering college.

A candidate is eligible to give JEE if he/she is currently pursuing 12th standard or is in the final year of Diploma. A candidate can give JEE Mains for the next two years as well while a candidate can give JEE Advanced for the next year as well.

There is no fee waiver in IITs ,NITs or IIIT s on basis of your jee rank.

NTA Scores are given in percentile.
Percentile is calculated by the ratio of the number of values to the total number of values . You cant say/depict your actual score/rank from your percentile neither can you calculate it by only marks. To calculate the actual score/rank/percentile you would need to
