Yes , JEE Advanced Exam will be postponed since official notification regarding postponment of JEE Main April Exam to last week of May is released . So it is confirmed that JEE Advanced Exams which was supposed to happen in the beginning of May , would be now postponed .

The expected cutoff for jee mains will be similar to last year to qualify for jee advanced.  Last year tge cutoff for OBC-NCL was 74 percentile.  This year too it will be somewhat near to to 74 percentile too.

sorry to say you but it is not possible to get admission in aerospace engineering in IIT Madras or any other Engineering College. For this you have to pass JEE main and advanced. Hope this will help you.
