i am confused i gave improvement exam only in 2 subjects so whether my admission in IITs will be according 75% marks or top 20 percentile marks???????

Sharon Rose Student Expert 2nd Mar, 2020
Hello,

If a candidate is appearing for improvement I 2020 in one or more subject then the top 20th percentile of 2019 will be considered. The highest marks secured in the subjects will be considered to calculate the overall percentage.
So, the determining criteria is the top 20 percentile of 2019.
