You haven't mentioned the State you belong to. This is important to know because the cut offs are different for Home State Candidates and Other State Candidates. To be eligible to get admission in IITs/NITs/GFTIs a candidate must have passed 10+2 with atleast 75% aggregate (general category) for SC/ST it is 65%.
And yes you may qualify for JEE advanced as a minimum percentile of 85 or above is need to qualify JEE main.So better prepare

sir in JEE advanced there is maximum two attempts in two consecutive year wheather first attempt counted from the year of passing 12th class wheather person attempts JEE mains or not

Greetings aspirant,

The first attempt is considered when you gave the 12th boards same year and the second attempt that very next year to it. Even if you do not attempt JEE Mains papers, it'll still be considered your first attempt. So, you can attempt JEE Advanced only twice provided

Hi Aqeel,

Admission in NIT is based on your JEE Mains Rank and percentile its does not have to do anything with Advance.Advance is for IITs,RGIPT,IISc Banglore.

If you get good rank in Mains then only you will get the Top NITs. And if you have have good marks in

This is just an assumption based on previous year trends. Assuming that you get 2000 as a general rank, then your st rank will definetly be in the top 300's. And remember one more thing, since it is JEE ADVANCED you will have to clear every subject individually to be
