According to the criteria for JEE Mains and Advanced the thing is that you can take JEE Mains for three consecutive years and JEE Advanced for 2 consecutive years. So even if you have taken your first attempt this year you still have chances left. So don't worry.
Yes you can give JEE-MAINS 2020 if you still have 2 attempts left.
