Well, brother from 2019, JEE advanced exam is srictly online.

Though, I believe it hardly makes any difference, as JEE advanced format is almost same which is conceptual objective paper. 

So, I would recommend you to prepare for the exam serioulsy and give as much efforts and time you can,

Well, brother it depends on the number of attempts you are having left.

If you are having an attempt left, then you can give JEE advanced and JEE mains and also take part in JoSAA counseling like a normal candidate.
