see EWS category is Included in admission This year only..We cannot predicted the exact cutoff for NIT under EWS category..Please Check In general quota cutoff..If you get into It then definately you can get under EWS quota also.For check last year cutoff please follow the link.

JEE Main 2019 qualify cutoff is 89.7548849 as General Category. You should meet the cutoff to apply for JOSSA counselling or JEE Advance.

assuming that you belong to OBC-NCL ...the cutoff is 74.31... and as you have got 72.. you are not qualified for jee advanced.
