Apart from the IITs there are various other reputed institutions accepting the score of JEE Advanced. Few of them are:
NITs
BITS Mesra
IISC
IISER
IIST
RGIPT
IIPE
SRM University
There are other colleges too, but these are the reputed ones that accept the scores of JEE Advanced.
If you are not belongs to sc or st category then with this score you can't clear jee mains . You can also check previous years cutoffs at careers360 portal .You can wait for the release of cutoffs for this year but your chances are very low .Best of luck.
