Hello.

It depends. After you get a college in the counseling process you can tell that college about this problem. They will ask you to get a court affidavit where you will declare your correct name. Otherwise you can also go for 2nd attempt.

No there is no need of filing any forms before getting into NIT or IIT.

Admissiins in NIT are done on the basis of marks scored in JEE mains along with the rank and for IIT it depends upon the marks you scored in JEE advanced.
