In IITs/NITS/GFTI's only score of jee mains and advanced is considered. On the basis of the rank obtained in these exams you will be admitted to these reputed college. Your 12th percentage is just for eligibility criteria. You need to pass you 12th STD from any board /university.

So, with regard of you're query. To get an admission in the JECRC(Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre).You, should get minimum rank below "100000" in JEE MAINS. Because, It is a private university, so can able to seat maximum with the score of 80-85

Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains if you have passed from nios also . Students should have passed the 12th class or qualifying examination. Candidates appearing in 12th class or equivalent qualifying exams can also apply.
