See the qualifying cut-offs are only good to qualify for JEE-Advance not for admission because for e.g. last year for General category the cut-off was around 87 percentile but for General category, no NIT is possible through counselling with such percentile. So NO, only cut-off marks are not

The date for the release of jee main 2022 results hasn't been announced yet . But yes, we can expect 1st session results in July 2022 and 2nd session results in August 2022.

If the address is correct then you an upload the address in your JEE MAINS form. Its advised to provide the address as present in Government ID because during the verification process its more convenient. So if you have an region name don't worry about it, you can put it
