Yes, you can register for 2nd session i. e May session even if you don't fill 1st session i. e April session application form as May session application window will open seperately
Moreover, it's not mandatory to attempt both the session i.e April & May session of jee main,
Nothing to worry if you couldn't fill 1st session registration, you can apply for 2nd session of jee main.
As of now jee main 2022, 2nd session application window opening date hasn't been released yet, for updates on the same keep an eye on the official website of jee
From your question it seems that you have not applied for JEE main 2022 first session.
Now nothing can be done regarding 1st session but what you can do is apply for jee main 2022, 2nd session
