my age is 24 .i have completed my 12 th 2020 at the age 22. now im preparing for jee main 2022 ,if i get 90 percentile then can i get admission on government or private engineering college.

See as there is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main and also you had passed your class 12th 2020 so you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main this year i.e  JEE-Main 2022 so you can definitely get admission to engineering colleges on the basis of your JEE-Main score

JEE ( Joint Entrance exams) Mains and Advanced questions comes only from Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics  of class 11 and 12 only. JEE Mains is an online computer based examination of 3 hours with a total of 75 question(25 sections each) which makes total marks 300.

If you pass 10+2 in the year 2022 then you are eligible to appear for JEE Main 2022, JEE Main 2023 and JEE Main 2023 because a candidate can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2
