according to 2020 report you approximetely need minimum 97 percentile and if you want marks it would be around 180 marks in jee mains

Yes , if you get 95 percentile you have a fair chance to write JEE-Advance as previous year cutoff of 2021 for qualifying JEE MAINS was 87.899 and that for year 2020 was 90 percentile.

If you have not got a obc certificate as of now , you can fill an undertaking and get the obc reservation for yourself.
The undertaking will be available on the jee main site.
And you can apply for obc certificate and  get it made and produce it
