Hello,

Non-payment of seat acceptance fee in JoSAA counselling has nothing to do with your appearance in JEE Advanced next year. If you do not pay the seat acceptance fee within the given time the seat allotment will be rejected further you won't be able to participate in the counselling

see you did not mention the institute name in which you wants to take admission for lateral entry. however generally admission to lateral entry admission to B.tech or B.pharma is based on entrance test follows by counselling or interview rounds. however after clearing entrance test, next stage is interview
