As you have passed your 12th in the year 2021 then you are absolutely eligible for jee advanced in the year 2021 and 2022 . It doesn't matter whether you have passed in the year 2020 or 2021.

Hope you are doing good. For this year, there is no 75%  minimum percentage required criteria to getting admission into NITs , IIITs due to COVID circumstances. However in Normal circumstances, only the class XII percentage is used as eligibility criteria . Class 11th percentage is not used
