See there is no percentage criteria to appear for JEE-Main but yes if you are seeking admission through JOSAA or CSAB counselling then you need at least 75% marks in your IPE or 10+2 or you should be in the top 20 percentile of your board's result. However,

For JEE Main Merit number if candidate belongs to OBC-NCL then how will be seat allotment criteria? Can he consider for OPEN and OBC-NCL categoris both for seat allotment?

  • First the Open Category seat is considered.
