Admission in Mahrashtra colleges via DTE counselling can be taken on the basis of JEE percentile as well as MHTCET percentile. So, as you have given JEE, you wont face any problem during the admission process. However, your cutoff will be on the basis of ALL INDIA Cutoffs.

These are NITs, IIITs, and other CFTIs where entry will be done by JOSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). There will be intermediate counseling

In 2020, the cut-off for ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING in IIT DELHI was 365 for Male and 1429 for female in OBC NCL . in the case of Electrical Engineering (Power and Automation),the cutoff was 588 for Male and 1810 for female in OBC NCL.
