See as per your OBC you have very very low chances to get any of the NITs because the OBC rank closes around 12-14k for NITs and you are very far from this figure .

Sorry friend there is no other way to get in IIT without JEE Mains and JEE Advance for CS BTech There is a way of going but for MTech through GATE which is held after BTECH so there is no way to get the IIT without cracking both JEE Mains
