Based on your rank and category and OPEN seat you will not be able to get into any NIT with such a high rank. However, you have good chances under Home State quota, which you need to mention as well to get accurate results.

Hope you doing well, For COEP MHTCET exam is considered as there entrance exam so the score which will be applicable would be of MHTCET so you have to apply through the MHTCET Score
