As the last date to complete the application nform is November 1, 2021 and the admit card will be released on Nov 14, 2021. There's no updated information about the correction in the form. However you may contact the exam conducting cell for this.

It will be better for you to go for correction when the document verification will be occured. They will match your name with the 10th and 12th marksheet. So you have to  write prefix ji then you should write it in all over your future course of studies

Now on such SC rank it would be very difficult tog et any of the NITs but you can go

With this rank, you cannot get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs but JEE Main score is accepted by many state level Government and private engineering institutes. /so you can participate in their counseling.

It's quite difficult to predict because cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

******number of students that appeared in the  jee main exam,

****** number of available seats,

****** performance of different students in the examination,
