Hope you are doing great there . First of all congratulations for such a wonderful result . According to the rank mentioned by you above , your category rank will be somewhere around 2,000- 2,500 and with this rank you can easily get a seat in NIT .
Hope you are doing great there . I regret to say this but with this rank you can not get a seat in NIT , IIIT and not even in any of your state government college . But you can definitely get a seat in some private college

To begin with, the cut off of the colleges that you'll get through counselling depends on your rank that you have secured in the exam , not on the percentile the you have got. Percentile is used you tell that whether you are able to eligible for JEE
Firstly, I would like you to know that percentile tell you that if you are eligible for JEE Advance or not.
To know what college you'll get in JEE mains you have to mention your rank .

This can only be answered by the officials of JEE even if I say that RBA comes under OBC category and it should be acceptable its still upon them if they allow or not. But what document did you upload for JEE mains registration ?.

from now all AKTU colleges of UP will take admission through JEE mains score and there is a separate counselling for the UP candidates.
there are some colleges/universities of UP where you might get CSE but not sure as they are going to take students from JEE mains
