Hello. I think the rank is very high even after having applied for reservation under OBC category.  I'd suggest you to apply for private universities or prepare well and re appear for the exam.

Well, it's very difficult as of now,to predict the cutoff for JEE mains paper 2 based on percentile.You can first calculate your rank by rank=(100-percentile)*145386/100.With this rank,you can compare previous year's cutoff for different colleges and can predict some of the colleges you may be getting.

NTA has declared JEE Mains results. You can check your rank on JEE Mains official website. However based on information available in public domain , your EWS rank at 48.9 percentile would be 63000+. This is predicted rank and it may differ from you actual rank.
