As you have attempted for JEE main entrance exam and also scored a decent marks but sorry say that this much is more than enough to get qualified for the JEE Advance entrance examination as the cutoffs for the JEE Advance is 66 percentile for the EWS category students,
Saying colleges only on the basis of marks is not possible as it depends on a lot more factors but definitely you can go for thr counselling process but before you should get your rank first and try to compare it with the different colleges and check your possibilities
