I belong to gen ews catageory and I got 69.967 percentile in jee mains 2021. And 2021 gen ews cut off is 66 percentile . So am i eligible for jee advance 2021.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2021 result so now it is clear that at what percentile the candidate is eligible for JEE-Advance 2021. As per the NTA, qualifying cut-offs goes like :-

Surely you are eligible for JEE advanced 2021. The cutoff for ST category this year is 34.6728999. This makes you eligible for applying for JEE advanced 2021.

You have qualified the examination but getting into NITs or IIITs with this percentile is not possible.
