Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as EWS because as per the comparison of CRL and category rank it seems that the category rank that you have mentioned is of EWS, if I am wrong then please correct me in the comment section below.

If you have home state for any NIT then that is good for you to get a seat in architecture or planning for sure

For JoSAA your category rank will be considered....while in CSAB counselling your CRL rank will be considered....There are limited seats for a particular category
