With a Percentile of 63.99 in JEE Main, you CRL will be anywhere between 390-400k, with a corresponding OBC Rank anywhere around 100-150k in JEE Main. You probably wont secure any NIT, IIIT or GFTI at this Rank, as well as low chances for State Engineering College in your State,

Less no. of students appered in first attempt of Jee 2021 Feb attempt as compared to last August attempt (significant difference of around 1 lakh ) . Will that affect the final percentile . If yes then how ? Will the final percentile be based on individual paper level difference ?

The percentile depends upon the the difficulty level of the paper of any specific slot and date along with the total number of candidates appeared and their respective score. All these things cumulatively decide the percentile of every individual.

Suppose I am alloted with a IIT BHU, Mech Eng. I have put my option on float seeking a better option. In the next round I am alloted Elect Eng in Jammu where I dont prefer to go . In this case wheather my previous seat of Mech Eng at BHU be available to me or not.
