Hi,

Most of the government colleges offers admissions to B.Arch courses with NATA and JEE -Main Paper 2. So it is very Difficult to get admission into B-Arch without NATA & JEE. However, Private colleges do offers admissions without NATA & JEE. You should try to get into those colleges.

Yes you will be eligible for Jee Advanced. Generally the cutoff for st candidates in Jee Mains is around 44-45 percentile and your score is well above it.
With this score, your expected CRL rank will be around 3,60,000 and category rank will be in the range 4500-4600.
