it's for 12th marks. the jee main qualification is very different. that depends on category. please check official jee main website for qualification cut-offs!!!!!!!

I passed my class 12th in 2020 and had appeared for my jee main 1st attempt in 2020, but was not able to clear the cut off for jee adv 2020. I took a drop year but was still not able to clear the cut off for jee adv 2021. Can i give jee adv 2022 if i can clear its required cut off ???

No, you won't be eligible for jee advanced 2022, even if you qualify jee main 2022 cut off percentile to be eligible for jee advanced 2022

This is because,

One has a total of two attempts for JEE advanced over two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing
