With a Percentile of 90 in JEE Main, your CRL will be anywhere around 100-120k, with a EWS Rank around 30-40k. At this EWS Rank, you wont really secure a seat at any NIT, IIIT or GFTIs. You must perhaps check for State Engineering Counselling, if through JEE Main Scorecard.
