It is hard to get government college as per your percentage in jee, and CSE  course also difficult to get. You can do one think you can get addmission in engineering in your local area engineering college. Or also get other privet college as per your rank.

You got a good rank in st category. You may have a chance to get a seat in lower NITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Silchar, Mizoram, Puducherry and likewise.

Since you belong to general category then then with a cell rank of 63k you can't get into the top nits or iiits.

You might get some low ranked nits and if you have home state for those low ranked nits then it would be more helpful. But
