For appearing in jee advance you need to get pass the cut off score in the jee mains exams. The cut offs based on different categories were:-
General :- 87+
Obc :- 68+
Ews :- 66+
Sc :-46+
St:-34+
Pwd :- .093+ etc

Firstly I am sorry to say this but this percentile score is not enough to get you into NIT surathkal. Nit surathkal is amongst the top NITs hence you need to score something around 90+ percentile even in your obc category to get a seat.
Secondly getting into
Since you have secured a rank of 34,800 in the obc category then you might not be able to get the civil engineering seat at your preferred college, but there are other colleges as well where you could definitely get a civil branch like BIT Sindri.
