I have my obc ncl certificate with the same format given in the information brochure of jee advanced. But this is a state (west bengal) certificate. Do i need to make new certificate with the exact form given in the information brochure?

As you have mentioned that you have issued your obc ncl certificate as per your JEE advanced information brochure and you have made this from West bengal so it does not mean every state follow that same format.
