With all these past years of JEE Mains it has been observed that cutoff percentile to qualify for JEE Advanced  remains almost the same. For general category the cutoff is nearly 90 every year ,   so with this percentile you won't be able to qualify for JEE Advanced

According to you, you got 95 percentile in JEE Mains then your rank will be around 51150 - 57500. You do not mention your category. So if you are belonging to the general category then there are no chance to get admission in NITs for the CSE branch.
